I’ve written you before about this very important bill. I’m not saying the fate of American Democracy depends on the passage of this bill – that’s for the Lord to decide – but this is a very, very important piece of legislation. It’s called the SAVE America Act.
The current version of the bill is S. 1383, sponsored by Senator Rick Scott. This bill was amended by the House and has been sent back to the U.S. Senate. The ball is now in Majority Leader John Thune’s court.
And with your calls and emails you can make him pass it. Please call and email your U.S. Senators and ask them to push John Thune to bring up the Save America Act for an actual debate and vote.
Until recently, Thune has been claiming he didn’t have the votes. Then, ordinary citizens, like yourself, rose up and started calling and emailing.
Thanks to your dedication to saving America, everyone knows John Thune has the votes. That is why the House took S. 1383 and sent it back to the Senate.
Thune’s latest excuse is “the filibuster.”
Except there is one thing he is not telling you. The Democrats who oppose this bill can be limited to a two-speech rule. It’s called “the walking filibuster.”
All Thune has to do is give Democrats their day. Let them whine and complain and bluster about how illegal aliens should be voting in U.S. elections. How we shouldn’t be doing what many other countries do – check ID to vote.
Let the Democrats make it clear that they are 1,000 percent in favor of election fraud. Let them have their say. … But it’ll only be a few days. Each senator only gets two speeches.
Then let America decide.
Here are the five things John Thune and the Senate must do:
1) Enforce a talking filibuster
2) Stop using cloture games that quietly block the bill
3) Hold a real, public debate
4) Table any amendments proposed by the Democrats
5) Pass the SAVE America Act with 51 votes

All that’s needed is the political will to do it. And We the People must provide that will.
