Please pass HF 2717. This legislation will:

1)     Hold agencies in check when they try to undermine the law and the Iowa constitution;

2)     Help preserve limited government in Iowa by empowering the Legislature to review major agency actions;

3)     Require courts to consider how major agency rules impact Iowa taxpayers, churches, nonprofits, and businesses.
