The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" passed the Senate just a couple of hours ago and is heading back to the House for additional consideration? This means that soon, millions of families across Pennsylvania could be facing cuts to their Medicaid benefits and unnecessary danger. The inhumane decision to pass this Act would result in the biggest cut to Medicaid in its history. $880 billion worth of cuts will be voted on as soon as today, and Pennsylvania absolutely cannot afford for this to happen. Our families rely on Medicaid's affordability and accessibility to maintain their health and being, so any cuts would be devastating. 

• Medicaid pays for 35% of all births in Pennsylvania.
• Medicaid pays for the healthcare of 1.25 million children, including those with special needs.
• Medicaid is the single largest payer for mental health. 
• These large cuts to Medicaid will be a huge problem for the Pennsylvania state budget, for hospitals and our economy.
