Please vote YES on the Temporary Dog Breeding Moratorium Thursday!

Please contact Councilmembers Gauthier, Jones, Phillips and Thomas and urge them to support Councilmember Bass’s bill to amend Title 10 of the Philadelphia code and add a new Section, Section 10-119, to impose a temporary moratorium on the breeding and selling of dogs under 7 months in Philadelphia. It is important to both call and email and make your voice heard, respectfully, on this important matter. These Councilmembers have not signed on as cosponsors (but Councilmembers Gauthier and Jones sat on the Rules Committee and supported the bill then), so it's very important to reach out to them, respectfully, and ask them to vote YES on Thursday on the Temporary Dog Breeding Moratorium, Bill #250989
