Protect PEVL - Stop SB1485 !

Our democracy works best when all eligible voters can participate and have their voices heard.

Arizona state legislators are attacking our democracy and the voting rights of every Arizona citizen. Over 30 bills have been introduced to suppress our right to vote. Grassroots pressure has stopped some of these bills already, and with your help, we can do it again. 

SB1485 would remove the "permanent" from Permanent Voter List (PEVL) by purging voters do not vote in both the partisan primary election and the general election in two successive elections. If passed, SB1485 would purge over 100,000 PEVL voters and and put up barriers for all voters – especially Black, Brown, and Indigenous voters – to make their voices heard.

SB1485 just passed through the State House and is going back to the Arizona Senate for a final vote. There is still a chance that we can stop this bill.  Make your voice heard and contacting elected officials to kill this bill in the Senate!
