Support S. 3094 The Choice in Automobile Retail Sales (CARS) Act

Bills in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House are taking direct aim at the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) attack on the internal combustion engine. Over the next decade, the EPA is preparing to institute regulations that would compel over two-thirds of new vehicles to be electric by 2032.

The Choice in Automobile Retail Sales (CARS) Act (S. 3094) will attempt to block the EPA from mandating the use of specific technology in new motor vehicles or issuing rules that result in limited availability of vehicles based upon the engine.

Only 37 U.S. Senators have signed on as cosponsors and the EPA is advancing the all-electric agenda. Now is the time to act!
