Tell the NC General Assembly to fully fund Medicaid

With the passage of the federal reconciliation bill (BBB), we need the NC General Assembly (NCGA) to pass a budget that fully funds NC Medicaid so that services don't have to be cut. Some aspects of the federal bill won't roll out for a few years. However, unless NCGA passes a budget that fully funds Medicaid by mid-August, then NC Medicaid leadership will have no choice but to cut services beginning Oct 1, 2025. This is not speculation: NC Medicaid leadership has shared 3 scenarios which all require cuts to services. Fully funding Medicaid would prevent these cuts.

We need our NCGA to come back to work and pass a budget before we end up in a desperate situation. We don't want different patient populations fighting over who gets or deserves the money - it should all be fully funded so services as they are being provided today can continue.
