Abortion is already legal in Pennsylvania. Passing HB 1957 is not necessary. It’s also dangerous. This constitutional amendment will have harmful, long-term consequences, like eliminating parental consent for abortion, like allowing state-funding and Medicaid funding for abortion and sterilization procedures, like potentially requiring Medicaid funding for transgender procedures on minors. Please vote NO on HB 1957. Protect women and girls. Protect parental rights. Protect PA taxpayers.
