Oklahoma’s current law on school prayer is incomplete and based on old case law. This old law is not clear and could lead to lawsuits against school districts. Please pass HB 3240 out of the Senate. This legislation has already passed the Oklahoma House. It will protect students and school districts. It also aligns with new guidance from the Trump administration on the proper place of prayer in public schools.
