*SF 77 defends our homeland by providing the tools to identify and investigate those who wish to do us harm.

*This is a serious problem and our men and women in uniform deserve our attention to this issue.

*It is good for Wyoming and America to move forward on this issue.

Does it do everything to solve this critical problem?  No, but no bill you can pass does.  It is a good first step to deal with this ever present and increasing threat.

Will it prevent the threat?  It might not prevent but it will lessen the threat.  No law or regulation prevents bad actors but everything we can do like SF77 to lessen the threat is a step in the right direction!
